1 General Terms

Jeetbag (www.jeetbag.app) is an online gaming and betting platform operating under an international gaming license. These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between Jeetbag and its users.

These terms and conditions were written in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.

2 Account Registration

To open an account on Jeetbag, the following conditions must be met:

• Harassing or insulting other members.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Jeetbag may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.

• After an extended period of inactivity (typically 12 months).
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Members may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before closure.

10 Limitation of Liability

Jeetbag is not liable for the following:

• Issues arising from third-party software or payment gateway failures.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or other force majeure events.
• Loss of account credentials due to the member's own negligence.

Under all circumstances, Jeetbag's maximum liability is limited to the total amount of funds held in the member's account.
